The website www.fullbata.com hosts permission-based social photographs of people having fun with their friends at events and venues across Tanzania. The Company dispatches its brand representative photographers dressed in Fullbata.com branded uniforms to capture photographs for the Website. These contract representatives are briefed to photograph people with their permission and to delete any photographs upon request.
Deletion of Photographs
The purpose of the Website is to provide a free service to users whereby they can access
download, email and share their photographs with their friends. The Website is not intended to capture anybody in a negative, demeaning or compromising light. If for any reason whatsoever you would like a photograph deleted from the Website or you feel as though a particular photograph is offensive and should be removed from the Website, please send your photo deletion request to info@fullbata.com, OR call +255756503622 and we will oblige.
Logo on photos
We ask for a photo from you and we snap it the moment you say yes. Remember, we do all that for free and Fullbata.com needs to grow more so that you can see us on the next party and offer you our free photo. For that reason, fullbata.com associates with other companies that would like share what they do with our fans. We would like to request our fans NOT to edit/cut any logo that appears on photos. These special supporters are the one who make fullbata.com keep rockin.
Our Pictures on other websites/blogs
There are hundreds of social websites in Tanzania. But most of these sites are there to offend people instead of supporting them.
Other websites are allowed to take photos from our site but in Two conditions
- They are not allowed to remove fullbata.com or client logo from the photos
- They are not allowed to write/say anything to offend, upset, insult or any negative way about our fans.
Doing that, users are allowed to report the name of the site/blog immediately to info@fullbata.com, OR call +255756503622, and the company will take it from there.
We love and respect our fans that are why we are there to support what they do and the company has drafted this policy to protect its users' interests.
